Dear Friend and Subscriber,

So how do you prevent your competition from ripping of distributors in your organization?

The obvious advice is to work hard and to build each of your distributors a fabulous, obscene income. They'll never leave because they all got rich in your program. Right.

Now back to reality.

Not everyone in your organization will earn as much as you do. Sure, you do want to help them become as successful as they are willing to work.

But here is the important key to remember for distributor retention:

Your distributors are volunteers,
not employees.

That means you have to "wine and dine" your distributors, not order and direct them.

You see, at least twenty other network marketing companies and leaders have contact with your present distributor. They want your distributors and they are actively soliciting your distributors.

The bad news is:

There is massive competition for your distributors.

The good news is:

Luckily, most of the competition isn't very good.

That's right. Most competing recruiters come across as "takers." They appear to be interested only in their personal needs and success.

If you show just the slightest bit of concern for your distributors, you'll be head and shoulders above the competition. Your distributors will reward you with loyalty and effort in their business.

Remember,

It's cheaper to retain a present distributor
than to locate and train a new distributor. 

It costs me approximately $75 to locate and sponsor one new distributor.

Now, that's only the cost to sponsor the new distributor. What is the additional cost of training this new distributor? Probably a lot more.

Now, how much will it cost to retain a present distributor? Here are a few areas that you could economically invest in to keep your distributors from your competition:

A newsletter (costs about 60 cents for printing and postage)

Dinner (costs about $15, and when is the last time somebody paid for your distributor's dinner?)

A phone call (some distributors have never heard from their sponsor), and

A sample of the new product

I'm sure you can add many more items to the above list. Keeping distributors isn't all that hard. Just remember they are volunteers.
