Dear Friend and Subscriber,

Screaming . . . "Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeehaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhh!"

. . . we accelerated at breakneck speed through the world's longest submerged tunnel directly onto the second longest suspension bridge in the world!

What a rush!

A few hours earlier my wife and I grabbed a jar of caviar and buckled into the last two seats of a jam-packed flight across the Baltic Sea to Copenhagen. Our minds still buzzing from a terrific week with 3500 networkers in St. Petersburg, Russia.

Revving his car outside our hotel in Copenhagen, Sven, the lead guitarist of the rock band Bad Habit and a huge Formula One racing fanatic, was eagerly looking forward to an adrenaline-pumped, fuel-injected drive to Malmo, Sweden.

For centuries travelers had to take a ferry  to get there.  On July 1st of 2000 the Oresend Bridge was opened and linked Denmark and Sweden together for the first time since the Ice Age! I couldn't wait to see this modern day marvel!

Typically travelers can get across in just over ten minutes... but today Sven zipped us across in less than half the time! I didn't see much of the bridge... just a blur that resembled a bridge. But what an experience!

The Oresend Bridge took four years and cost over $4 billion to build. The engineers began with the end in mind. They knew what the end result would be long before they broke ground on the bridge and tunnel.

The same is true in network marketing. As I expand my global business to great places like Malmo, Sweden . . . I always begin with the end in mind.

If what you are doing on your first level is not something that:

  • can be done 10-15 levels below you;
  • by somebody you don't know;
  • who lives 2000 miles away from you; and,
  • they are a dud about ready to approach a stud,

. . . then you will probably never get any depth going on your team.

You and your five team members grow to ten team members, then back down to your five. Constantly bouncing back and forth. But you're never getting any depth.

The goal is to have your team grow a minimum of 2-5 levels down each leg of your organization per month! If someone's check is flat -- that tells me they've made their business too personality driven and not system driven.

So you want duplication on your team? Massive duplication?

In order for consistent and massive duplication to occur on your team, implement...

The Big Four of Duplication.

1. Can it be done in depth?
Always ask, "Can this be done 10-15 levels below me?"

2.   Can it be done by somebody you don't even know?
Because the vast majority of people on your team you won't even know.

3.   Can it be done thousands of miles from you?
It has to work thousands of miles away from you. Because eventually the majority of your organization will not be in your backyard if you take advantage of the system you have in place.

4.   Can it be done by somebody who's never really been successful, who is getting ready to approach someone with a lot of success. Remember, that's really big!

We want a presentation format so simple and duplicatable, that when somebody is listening or being approached about the business, they will always say:

1) You know what . . .  I can do what you're doing.
2) I won't have a problem doing what you're doing with people I know.
3) I have the time to do what you're doing.

The problem I see with most approaches is the person listening is thinking:

"You've got a great company. I agree with everything you're doing.
Great, great, great, great. But you know what . . .

1) I can't do what you just did.
2) Nor do I want to do what you just did to my friends or associates.
3) And I don't have the time to do what you just did."

In essence, you won the battle but you lost the war and immediately the duplication has stopped.

The last time you sponsored somebody, did you keep the end in mind from the moment you contacted them?  Did you address the Big Four of Duplication? If not... will you do so with your next prospect?

Can you imagine what your life could look like if you and your team applied just some of my sponsoring tips? It might look something like my lifestyle photos!

Until next issue, happy prospecting!
